How to use:
Heat the chocolate in a bain-marie at 40-45ºC.
Remove when you see that it is a little melted.
Once stirred, it should be a homogeneous paste.
This chocolate is not very liquid, it has a certain viscosity.
If you want it to be more liquid, you can add sunflower oil (1 to 2%).
