Spain (Peninsula)
EMFast at home or Collection Point. Shipping time 24/48 business days from when the order is shipped from our warehouse:

Canary Islands

Due to express transport, shipping to the Canary Islands is very expensive per kg, so each shipment to the area carries a fixed cost of €12 , which will not change even if the weight is very high. The order may entail an extra cost for Customs that in no case will be paid by Emfit Nutrition .
Europe
Shipping time 72-96 business days from when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Shipments outside of Spain may be subject to customs charges upon arrival of the shipment at the place of destination. These expenses do not go to Emfit nor are they our responsibility, so we cannot take responsibility for them or know exactly the amount to be paid upon receiving the order. We recommend that you check with your office before placing the order, indicating the amount in euros of the order you wish to place so that they can inform you.
DELIVERY TIMES
On the web there are two types of products, those that we have at our disposal in the warehouse and those that come directly from secondary warehouses. If you choose a product that comes directly from another warehouse, its delivery may take another 24/48 hours (working days).
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified by email, being from that moment when the delivery time begins to compute. Likewise, the courier company will send you an SMS indicating the tracking number of your order.
IMPORTANT : Please indicate your delivery address correctly when placing the order, since any change of address or cancellation once the order is in the 'preparation in progress' state will incur an extra cost of 3.50 euros in addition to a delay of 3 business days for the delivery of your order.
The delivery times for all shipping methods (regardless of the place of destination) are indicative , that is, they can only be considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (holidays, incorrect addresses...).
Please keep in mind that during promotional periods both the preparation and delivery of your order may take a little longer.
ATTENTION : It is not possible to select a specific delivery time, since it is conditioned to the route established by the transport company for the courier.
The order will try to deliver twice; In case of incorrect address indication, absence or lack of telephone attention by the client, the order will be returned to Emfit, which may entail extra expenses for the client.
Please make sure that both the address and the telephone number provided are correct, as the orders will be returned to our warehouse within a period between 7 and 14 calendar days. In case of being returned to the warehouse, either due to an error in the address or absence and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.
IMPORTANT:
Cold products will be shipped with Seur Frío. Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. , and two delivery attempts will be made; If these are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the factory, causing expenses for the buyer .
