Un 10. Debes tomarlo a diario para notar los efectos, 30min antes de acostarte. Este formato calidad-precio es un 10, ya que tienes para 4 meses.

Adventages: Descansar muy bien.

Disadvantages: Acordarse de tomarlo a diario 30’ antes, ya que un día lo hice antes y no noté sus efectos.

Llevaba ya una temporada larga con un descanso MUY deficiente y dos capsulas unos 45 minutos antes de dormir (junto con una mejora en la higiene del sueño) han mejorado notablemente la calidad de mi sueño; ahora me despierto muchísimo menos!

Adventages: De liberación prolongada; antes me despertaba varias veces (5 ó 6) cada noche.

Disadvantages: Llevo más de año y medio pidiendo mensualmente en esta web y, en estos dos últimos pedidos, la calidad del envío ha decaído notablemente... Antes los pedidos me tardaban, como mucho, tres días. Sin embargo estos dos últimos meses han tardado entre 7 y 9 días.
