Create accountThe customer must know that he has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, as long as certain conditions are met.
Conditions:
The product must be returned in the original cardboard box in which it was received, or failing that, with another analogous one that guarantees its arrival in good conditions at our warehouse.
In order for the return to be processed, the product must be unused and in the same conditions received , that is, with all its original packaging.
The amounts corresponding to the product will be returned. The shipping costs derived from the exchange or return of a product will be borne by the customer, and in no case will Emfit Nutrition accept returns sent postage due.
Only in the event that an item other than the one requested by the customer has been sent by mistake, or that said item has any damage, Emfit Nutrition will be responsible for the postage caused by the return. In this case, the shipment will be processed by the Mrw transport agency, and Emfit Nutrition will indicate the steps to follow to manage it.
ATTENTION : Please, correctly indicate your delivery address, contact information as well as products you wish to purchase, since any change of address or cancellation once the status of these changes to ' shipped ' will generate a return fee of 3.50 € to which the buyer will have to pay.
How do I make a change?
1. You must fill out the attached Withdrawal Form, and send it to us at the enabled email info@emfitnutrition.com
2. Once the Withdrawal Form has been received, a response will be given and the return/exchange of the product will be processed.
3. Once the product has been received in our warehouses and it has been confirmed that it is in perfect condition (keeping its original packaging), the customer can choose between obtaining a discount coupon for the amount to be used on their next purchase, or a refund. of the amount of the same, paying through the same payment method used in the purchase (Paypal, Bizum or Credit Card), or failing that, bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when:
- They are sealed items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and that have been unsealed after delivery, for example, swimsuits, t-shirts, etc.
- Fresh products that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
Consequences of withdrawal:
The refund may be withheld until the products are received and confirmed to be in perfect condition .
